After earning a degree in geophysics with a minor in mathematics, Jane spent a decade in the exploration industry before transitioning into accounting. Since joining Synterra in 2018, she has played a key role in streamlining financial processes, enhancing reporting systems, and strengthening relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. She specialises in tracking project costs, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing real-time financial insights to support informed decision-making. Her ability to communicate financial data helps maintain transparency and trust across the organisation.
